Registration Guide​
1) Log on to GameDay via the button on the Membership page

2) Please enter the number of adults and children that you want to register.

3) The next page will ask for your email address. For previous members use the email account you used before, as all your family members will all ready be linked on the system.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​4) Select “No I have registered before” if you have been a member before. This will automatically send a password update link to your email address. If you are new member or registering a new member please select “Yes I’m new” and this will automatically send a password update link to your email address. NOTE: This should be a one time process for existing members. If you have forgotten the email you used or do not see all your family members once logged on, please see FAQ at the bottom of the page.

5) Open your email and check for an email from GameDay to reset your password. Note: check your spam/Junk folders just in case the email has been sent there. Set your new password for the GameDay application
​
6) After you have created the password, use the link from point 2) and select the number of children/adults that you want to register. The application will update and prompt for your email. After the “continue” button is pressed you will be asked for the password you just set. Note: In case you forget your password there is an option to re-set the password from this page.

7) The next page should contain all the members linked to your account, similar to the following:

8) Select the name of the person that you wish to register. The page will update to the following:
If this is a new member, please enter all the necessary information. For existing members please ensure all the information is correct. ONLY select the “Player” option unless directed otherwise by the Westport Warrior committee. Then select “Continue”.

9) Enter all the information in the next page. Again existing members will need to review and update some of the fields here as the information will be incorrect.

​​​​​​​​​10) There should be two payments on the next page. BOTH NEED TO BE SELECTED AND PAYED FOR.
The first fee is the club registration and the second is for the Basketball Ireland (BI) registration. Before now the cost of the BI registration was rolled up in the club registration. Failing to pay for both will invalidate the registration. The member could forfeit their place in the selected group and will not be covered by insurance.

1) Help!, I have forgotten the email I used to register as a member.

2) I have forgotten my GameDay password.
Use the link “https://membership.mygameday.app/regoform.cgi?formID=111495”
Select continue. The application will update and prompt for your email, then use the “continue” button.
You will be on the page asking for the password, there is an option to re-set the password from this page under the box.
3) There is only an option for the Basketball Ireland registration!
The group you are attempting to register for could be full.
